The Professionals Berowra is a family Real Estate business operating since 1978 and now employs eleven people.

The business is owned and operated by Richard & Jill Dutton. Jill began a career in Real Estate in 1976 and Richard began his career in Real Estate in 1973 and is a member of the Real Estate Institute, the Australian Property Institute and Richard is also a registered Real Estate Valuer.

With a successful sales team, experienced property management and strata management departments, Richard & Jill are committed to providing a very high standard of quality service.

Their attitude to Vendors (Sellers) is that which used to prevail in real estate 25 years ago – that is, they build up a relationship with Vendors & Purchasers (Buyer) with the understanding that their job is to sell homes and maximise the returns to be obtained for the property.
